Composer
Stase et Propulsion are two compositions which take the familiar
form of a "Prelude and Etude." They are both hauntingly
evocative of no motion and motion, of calmness and excitement, of life and
more life.
Siderale, which means "with reference to the
stars," is a completely improvised composition. It arose out of
recording sessions for the album, Mario Feninger Performs in the Spirit
of Play. The tone of this composition summons powerful emotions
which can leave the listener transformed.
